Clean
and comfy... My family and I wish to express our sincere
gratitude to you, your staff and the residents
of West Lake for making the last months of my
mother's life so happy and comfortable.
In a letter to my
sister, Mom was praising you all for - 'a very
good home for me, clean and comfy. It's run
as a hospital.' She often praised the staff
as being 'loving and caring.' And I agree wholeheartedly
with Mom's assessment of the staff and home.
