Family 'full of appreciation'

My family and I were in to visit Mom over Easter and once again we were so touched by the care and generosity of the staff.

They had each taken the names of the residents and bought gifts for everyone - what a lovely gesture - and only at West Lake, I think, would that happen.

We are always so impressed with the wonderful care that Mom receives so that in spite of her deteriorating condition, at least she is kept as comfortable as possible - and always looking nice and sweet and clean.

We also especially appreciate that Mom and another resident are put together at times, for companionship, face to face, in sympathy and camaraderie.

We are full of appreciation to you all!
