I just wanted to send you a short note regarding your staff at home office. I have had to call home office on many occasions over the last year to ask for advise or because I require staff members' expertise.

No matter how many times I call or even if I ask the same question a couple of times all the staff are so supportive. They never make me feel stupid for an error I have made or get upset if I repeat a question. It is truly wonderful to experience this support and have such a friendly team just a phone call away. Home office is a perfect example of the OMNIway. I am so glad to be a part of OMNI's team.
