Letter Thanks and appreciation
to staff at Burnbrae January 8, 2004
Our mother was a long-term resident of Burnbrae Gardens in Campbellford,
Ontario for the past three years and has recently passed away.
We would like to let you know that we were extremely pleased
with the excellent personal care and love that she received while there.
The staff were very considerate of her needs and gave her much affection
and for this reason we feel we were able to have Mom longer.
The two or three days before Mom passed away the staff were
very obliging and considerate of her family members and went out of their
way to be thoughtful to us and make us comfortable during this waiting
time. We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff at
Burnbrae.
