Family expresses gratitude to Kentwood staff

Our mother recently passed away at your Kentwood Park facility in Picton, where she had been a resident for about four years.
During all that time she received excellent care and was as happy as could be expected in the circumstances of such a restricted lifestyle.

However it was during her final illness that the level of professionalism and compassion displayed by all members of the staff, be they care givers or support personnel, was truly exceptional.

As her immediate family we could not have expected anything more in the way of care and attention, and all of your employees are a credit to your organization.

We would be grateful if you would pass on to all concerned our sincere gratitude for their kindness shown to our mother, and to ourselves, which helped to make mother's last days a much less stressful experience than it might otherwise have been.
